Now Open Near 811 Uptown: Crushed Pizzeria

Crushed Pizzeria

Living in a city like Chicago, there’s no shortage of phenomenal pizza joints, and lucky for us a new one just popped up in place of the old beloved ORD Pizza. Crushed Pizzeria opened its doors just over two weeks ago on West Montrose in the same spot as the previous local favorite and is serving up custom pies and tons of specialty salads for your perfect pizza fix. The favorite right out of the gate is the Les pie with pepperoni, onion, garlic, pickled jalapeno, and mushrooms topped off with fresh mozzarella and their housemade crushed tomato sauce which really puts the icing on the cake, so to speak. There are currently nine custom pies on the menu, with tons of toppings for a create-your-own pie. If you’re eating in bring a six pack or your favorite bottle of red because they’re BYOB! They will also be introducing online ordering soon if you’re trying to pick up a quick meal on the go.

Looking to have a pizza night in your new apartment? They also sell their dough for only $4 per ball which makes a 12-inch pie. Let’s get cooking!
