Expect Italian-Creole Cuisine at Provare, Now Open Near 811 Uptown

Need a new spot for date night? Provare on West Chicago Avenue just opened and serves up a unique fusion of Creole and Italian cuisine in an elevated setting.

The menu is small but mighty. So for those indecisive individuals in the group, you’re going to love it. They have three starters and five entrees, and each one is delicious. Quick favorites are the salmon egg roll starter and the shrimp Hennessy scampi. Each day they make fresh pasta and you can taste the difference! One thing they do a great job of is catering to allergies and dietary restrictions. Each dish is labeled with whether or not it includes things like dairy, nuts, or gluten, and they feature vegan bolognese and a tasty Brussels sprouts appetizer with vegan parmesan cheese and vegan aioli to cater to those vegetarians and vegans dining with them!

Be sure to make a reservation! It’s gaining popularity quickly so you may have to wait if you don’t.
