Don’t put an end to your outside adventures for the year just yet! There are still a few temperate weeks to enjoy getting outside, especially to someplace as close at Clarendon Park. This neighborhood favorite has autumnal leaves in full bloom, and it’s a gorgeous place to spend a little time before the Chicago winter shuts you in for another year. 

The 12-acre park gives you plenty of space to keep a social distance from other visitors, whether you’re running at the track or just utilizing the green space for a fall picnic. The fieldhouse is still open on weekdays so that you can take advantage of the fitness center, gymnasium, or clubrooms. Keep your fingers crossed that normal business can resume in 2021 so that the playgrounds and new water feature can be back up and running in time for spring.
